Since 2013 I have been an independent apartment buyer and defect advisor for tenants as well as for landlords, owners, property managers.

For German and English speaking customers.

Through my Experience, advice, solution-oriented thinking and negotiating skills, I have already been able to work out for numerous satisfied customers, in the event of differences of opinion on site, a solution that is acceptable to both sides.

What my customers really appreciate is that I can always answer questions after my work is done I am there for you.

In regular training in tenancy law, I am constantly deepening my knowledge in order to guarantee my customers optimal support.
